Japanese pop culture cruise to feature top area DJ as attendees enjoy D.C.’s world-famous cherry blossoms
ALEXANDRIA, Virginia (March 1, 2023) — T-MODE, a D.C.-based cultural group that explores Japanese pop culture with meetups, events, and more, is pleased to announce DJ G-Mills will bring his unique blend of music to the Cherry Blossom Cruise.
The cruise is scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 8, on the Cherry Blossom Riverboat in Old Town Alexandria.
Drawing from early influences like Michael Jackson, Hip-Hop, and European dance music, DJ G-Mills has become a household name in the D.C. area and has performed at various events and major conventions.
G-Mills started his music career in 2011, and his passion for music has been a lifelong journey.
Known for his open-format style, DJ G-Mills skillfully gauges the crowd's energy, then incorporates his own eclectic ideas to create an energetic party atmosphere.

Along with the musical stylings of G-Mills, Cherry Blossom Cruise attendees will experience a 3-hour cruise aboard the Cherry Blossom Riverboat, a Maid Cafe experience featuring Pixel Pop Maid Café, a Catered Bento Box Lunch with special Cherry Blossom Dessert, views of Scenic Old Town Alexandria that create unique photo backdrops, Cosplay, fun activities, surprises and more.
