T-MODE 2013 Guest: D.C. Douglas
D.C. Douglas comes to DC! Well known for his roles in the Mass Effect and Resident Evil video game franchises, we’re very excited to announce the appearance of D.C. Douglas at T-MODE 2013. Some of his other well known roles include: Transformers: Rescue Bots, Tales of Graces, Dragon Age, and Tekken. He has also appeared in TV shows Workaholics, 2 Broke Girls, and Castle.
This will be D.C.’s first convention appearance in the Washington, DC metro area. Let’s be sure to welcome him and make his T-MODE experience an awesome one!
T-MODE 2013 Guest: Cherami Leigh
Joining us at T-MODE 2013 is actor Cherami Leigh! Cherami has voiced many recognizable characters in various anime titles, such as: Bamboo Blade, Ouran Host Club, D.Gray-man, Soul Eater, and Sergeant Frog to name a few. She has also appeared in film and television roles.
Cherami is just as excited to attend T-MODE as we are to welcome her as a guest, and she’s really looking forward to spending time with her fans.
T-MODE 2013 Guest: Nikola Whallon
Nikola Whallon is a video game composer and performer. Playing live instruments along with his Game Boy, his music knows no bounds. Join us Friday night for Nikola’s concert performance and witness this amazing fusion of music for yourself.
Fun fact: Nikola also won “Special Prize” in the Earthbound Papas Metal Hypnotized Arrange/Remix contest.
T-MODE 2013 Guest: Inverse Phase
Remember the catchy music that played while you became a Pokémon trainer or were saving Princess Peach from Bowser? Inverse Phase takes the classic sound of chiptune music and remixes it to the next level. A T-MODE fan favorite guest, Inverse Phase will have a concert Friday night and will host his ever popular chiptune panels, including how to write your own chipmusic.
T-MODE 2013 Guest: Kuniko Kanawa
The lovely Kuniko Kanawa will be joining us at T-MODE 2013. This multi-talented artisan and certified Kimono consultant will demonstrate the beauty of a wonderful Japanese tradition, the Kimono.
You will also have the unique opportunity to learn how to create Kanzashi, an ornamental hairpin, from the only Authentic Edo Tsumami Kanzashi Artisan in the US.
T-MODE 2013 Guest: Chin Hamaya Returns
Prepare to be taken by the spirit of Japan as you spend time with our friends, Chin Hamaya. Chin Hamaya made their convention debut at T-MODE and we’re honored to have them return for an encore performance. Taiko Drumming, traditional dancing and Seidokan Karate are showcased to teach the richness and diversity of Japanese culture. This year Chin Hamaya will also host panels and hands-on workshops.
T-MODE 2013 Guest: The Return of UZUHI
UZUHI returns for their 2nd concert appearance at T-MODE. The fun punk rock group will make the convention their stage and your Saturday night at T-MODE unforgettable. Get ready to dance the night away with this high energy band because there’s no way you’ll be able to stay still.
Announcing More Guests for T-MODE 2012
Our T-MODE 2012 guest list has grown! We’re happy to announce DJ Masa and accomplished chiptune musician Inverse Phase are returning once again to share their musical talents with T-MODE attendees.
Enjoy cosplaying with AdrenoSol and LuluBird, along with a special appearance by former T-MODE 2008 cosplay guest Fire Lily. Performance troupe Libera Edge is excited to entertain you with music, dance and song. Finally, Chin Hamaya will grace our stage with a lively cultural performance.
